Acceptable reasons to request a refund:

Non acceptable reasons to request a refund:
(1) Buyer is not taking your calls. Often, a buyer does not return messages after they select a vendor. We cannot control how aggressive your sales force is.
(2) The buyer has already selected a vendor by the time you make contact.
(3) The buyer has put a project on hold by the time you make contact.
